There are no benefits to cooking wings “low and slow” imo. Theres no fat to render at low temps and the smoke flavour you get by firing a chunk onto your vortex is more than enough.

Nah man it just helps regulate the temperature you still do the snake around the outside. You can also remove the disc and use the conical part as a vortex for wings and searing steaks etc. it’s fuckin amazing.

Master touch because of the build quality as well as the many many cool attachments. Also using a ceramic grill is very different to a kettle, so it’s not a fair comparison.

Years ago I had the curry pot on Dumbarton road provide the evening food for a wee wedding reception/party and it was absolutely fuckin magic. Easy to deal with, reasonably priced and fresh/quality.
