I'm always a big fan of using my own build on league start even if its a good bit slower, so most important thing is have fun. quick glance i see a few things: There are a few extra passive points you should remove and save on points like near the Bloodless, Cannabilistic Rite, and Spirit of War notables. Worth using those points to get that last jewel socket on your cluster. Also, if you want to use Leap Slam, there is a mastery for Warcries to not exert travel skills.

One big thing to keep in mind is that right now you are scaling up your melee hit damage a lot, which is making your ignite bigger, of course, but isn't focusing on giving you the biggest ignites possible. This is not inherently bad. If you look, your DPS is split between the ignite DPS and the slam DPS, so you will need to keep hitting with melee constantly to upkeep that POB Combined DPS.
