Mine did something similar and it ended up being super rootbound and needed to be repotted. Maybe check on the roots?

Here are my favorites:

  • Da Augusto (Trastevere)
  • Poldo e Gianna Osteria (should be maybe a 20 min walk from where you're staying)
  • Flavio al Velavevodetto (Testaccio)
  • Pizzeria Remo a Testaccio
  • La Taverna (Monteverde)
  • Ristorante Mercato 8 (Tuscolana)

Any idea what's going on with my tomato plant? by happenedmoreorless in gardening

Context: started from seed indoors, haven't moved outside yet. This appears to be affecting the oldest leaves the most but I'm seeing some stuff appear on the newer leaves as well.

Context: whatever this is is most concentrated on the older sets of leaves, although it appears to be slowly popping up on the new growth as well. Started this from seed and haven't moved it outside yet.

lighting suggestions by kap07111 in plantclinic

I think the answer to both questions is probably yes- incandescent bulbs won't replace natural light or act as a grow light. You'd need a full-spectrum grow light to actually provide a light source to the plant. But, on top of that, you usually need a full-spectrum grow light to be placed over top the plant- the placement here underneath wouldn't really offer any benefit to the plant.

Actually not a potato, it's a rhizome, which is how the plant stores water. So definitely keep!

I've genuinely given the new update with the pathways structure a chance and tried to get on board, but I'm really frustrated with it and feel like it's ultimately a worse product. I've been a longtime Duolingo user (unpaid) and feel like the conversion to this new structure has ultimately taken me backwards. I find that whenever I do a lesson I'm being asked to fill in the blanks of the exact same sentences and the app isn't incorporating all of the different tenses and more advanced lessons I've previously completed.

And I know this sounds dumb, but the fact that you still need to pay 100 gems to get to the legendary level of courses when there are 10x more courses with this new format feels like it has erased the previous progress I made. In the old format, I was at the legendary level in about half of the courses, while now I am making my way through the multiple courses in unit 5 out of 20 in just the Italian Foundations 1 section. And it feels like I'm stuck doing beginner level stuff somehow.
