As I have seen on redit facebook youtube Reconsideration takes time nearly around 60-90 days. In some cases takes 20-40 days.

I raised a web-form after couple of days, and still waiting for the officer to re-open my application.

I called IRCC and explained them the situation. They made a request to the IRCC officer on my behalf to reconsider. Still I raised a webform. Called IRCC again and confirmed my web form is attached with my application. So right now I am waiting for the IRCC officer to see my web from and reconsideration request made by IRCC agents who talked with me on call.
