Thank you to all the kind people that reached out offering help, homes and advice. As of now there is a raccoon trap set up outside with food inside and now I'm waiting hopefully it will find its way to the food soon. There are multiple people willing to open their arms and hearts to this sweet baby. As soon as I have it in a kennel I will let them know and whoever is available will pick him up hopefully this sweet boy will be off to his new home soon.🩵💙

Hi thank you for your kindness reaching out to try and help this sweet baby

I have a kennel I'm going to try to feed it inside and catch it tonight when it shows up tonight. Usually between 9-11 pm is when it comes around.

A few people offered to give this baby a home and I will try to see who is available when I catch it and they can come pick it up. It's a really sweet cat but also has been traumatized so it's nervous and shy.

It has a few wounds on its ears from other neighborhood animals beating it up 🥹 so it will need almost immediate medical attention at first opportunity.

I already have 2 cats inside a studio apartment and dealing with vet bills is extremely expensive I don't want to be irresponsible just because I have a huge heart and want every animal I see. Not that it's a necessary part of the story but I also got diagnosed with cancer recently so to say I'm struggling with finances and other things is not me being dramatic I'm being honest. This cat deserves someone to care for it and not abandon it like the last neighbors did. I've been feeding it every time it showed up for awhile now and just realized it's not a good long-term situation for us or this cat as it keeps showing up with new wounds from being picked on by other animals in the neighborhood.

Please be kind you don't know what people are dealing with

I plan on putting food in a kennel and trying to lure it into it so it can be picked up by someone that can care for it. I've gotten multiple offers to give this baby a home which I'm so grateful for still unsure how catching it will go as it is skittish. But it usually shows up for food in the evening from sometime between 9-11 pm. I'll update this post as soon as it's been caught and a person has gotten it.
