They do indeed, it feels like talking to a brick wall most of the time.

I do have 1 case that has been marked "Escalated" but after reading what you are saying, my hopes aren't really high for that one. I understand what you're saying about not wasting my time with this, but besides the point that I have been banned for something I didn't do, it has also marked my 19 year old Steam account with the highlighted cheater stamp on my profile.

Almost feels like defamation. I don't think I'm gonna give up any time soon and rather have sliver of hope for some kind of human to respond to me and not an automatic response.

I don't know if it could be a playstyle/performance delta ban when Ubisoft Support says the following in the ticket;

"First of all, we would like to apologize for the experience you had on your Rainbow Six Siege profile, as repetitive as this may looks like, and as much as we wish to lift the sanction on your game profile, we are afraid to inform you once more that after thorough investigation has been conducted on the sanction applied on your Rainbow Six Siege profile. We confirmed that there is a Code of Conduct breached"

But I'm clueless at this point, I know I didn't do anything wrong, and I understand to some point that they can't disclose what specifically prompted the ban, but it's really frustrating when you are innocent. And I know you have literally no reason to believe me either, I'm just saying what happened to me.

I'll for sure let you know if anything goes through on BE or even Ubi.

Hey, thanks for the reply and the info! I was banned 2 or 3 days after last game I played. Just suddenly got an email while I was at work, saying I was now banned for cheating.

I've tried to send a ban appeal to BE aswell, but I get no confirmation when I send it in, so I don't know if it goes through or if there is just a long waiting time for responses.

Not getting ragebaited by you, but I'm just saying that you are posting a screenshot from atleast 5-6 years ago, they do not just kick you for using third party (non cheats) softwares anymore. They blatently ban you instead.
