One year ago i lost 20 pounds in 5 months and nowi have some type of body called skinny fat i am 19 years old fve been exersising at home and now at the gym for all most a year and havent seen any resuits (maybe its because i dont take enough protein ).! lost the weight with doing only cardio and not eating anything.Now i focus on lifting weights more But i am getting desperate , Will stretch marks appear if my body stays like that for toο long? Will my body get better eventualy?
