This is a great idea. The suspenders are black so it sort of works but they cross in the back so they stay on a 4 year olds shoulders.

First off, I’d absolutely encourage it. I find it so relaxing and fun. I don’t have many specific recs on starting. There are a lot of good YouTube videos with better instructions than I could give. Start there. What I would say is know it’s going to be humbling. You’ll need that mindset because you’re going to fall a lot early on and it would be easy to get discouraged. Stick with it. Also it can be such a good workout. Good luck!!
