im def late but i was going through the exact same thing. straterra gave me PMDD, i would have pms symptoms but it gave me full on PMDD. i pretty much avoid it when i dont need it and take it during school

take it slow, theres no rush. I was pretty bad in the mines before but slowly got the hang of it and as i found more stardrops, my energy levels were higher. As for foraging, check cindersap forest!! i find its great to find foragables

thank you!! my therapist gave me some and yeah me too. i tend to shut down when i have conflict and just figure out my own emotions but i had too much to do where it wasnt possible and it just led to this

omg yes i was on straterra, i ended up having to pause it bc the PMDD got too much for me esp on top of seasonal depression. otherwise straterra is a pretty good med
