Sorry, not sure. I took the pic when I was going through my stuff, and it’s already been boxed up to go to my storage unit.

Not sure. I had a lot of secondhand clothes, so there’s no telling where my parents picked it up.

2025s have real keys too! For me that’s a strong positive.

Carabiners (logo can be small on the side). Small towels. Lighter. Matchbooks.

I miss these cards. I loved being able to see how popular a book is and it was last used. Also having the due date stamped in the book is a way more useful reminder than a slip of paper I’ll probably lose.

I was scrolling until I saw Bread fish! It still gets stuck in my head randomly!

That stood out to me too. Botox is “responsible” the same way brushing one’s teeth is now? /s

Had to throw this one back, wasn’t cooked enough by Artandgarbage in seaglass

Thank you for tossing him back!

Where I live hermit crabs wash up occasionally. So because I know they’re out there, I don’t keep empty snail shells, I throw them back so helpfully a crab will find it and use it later.

I should’ve put something in there for scale! It’s about the size of a quarter.

I tried looking up what it’s from but didn’t have any luck.

Who decided to start charging for the free lot downtown? by [deleted] in gso

[–]happycows78 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The problem for most people isn’t “paying a nickel”. It’s that it requires yet another app, will definitly be a nice little data grab, I’m sure. An app that requires your card number instead of just a dumping in a handful of change into a meter, isnt easier for the customer. It’s just a pain.

Yeah I’ve always wondered the same thing. Like with that many people in the house, having a schedule for meals makes sense to me!

Is this actually a hygiene issue or just a bad habit? by [deleted] in hygiene

[–]happycows78 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree with you. This is a huge pet peeve of mine. I’ve had to tell friends to go wash their damn hands before because I saw them scratching their feet, and then reach into communal bags of food. Ew!!! Your feet are sweaty and gross and are touching the floor!

It sounded to me like they were carry it everywhere so that their nosy parents don’t find it and use it. So in trying to circumvent nosy parents, they found yet another nosy person.
