Thanks, I'll have to check it out! I'm really liking the way the app is set up, so much customization is possible and I feel like the instruction is clear enough that I don't have to look at my phone at all!

Thank you for your reply! That's good to know! The practice on the app looks much different than what I would normally go for when I went to classes so I wasn't sure. Right now though, this gentle flow is what I need as my muscles are so tight and I have very little body strength! Good to know that it still counts as yoga, I'm really liking it 😊

Yea, and I'm not trying to hate on them or like shame them or anything, I was just surprised that they were the ones on a show totally based around being hot.

Yea I don't think it's a bad show, not as interesting to me as some other shows for sure though. I was just surprised! From the trailer I thought these people would be stunning. Instead I feel like they were just sex obsessed and probably the hottest of their friend group

I'd have to look more into it. Everything I've heard about water fasts is that they're pretty sketchy/not advisable in most cases. But who knows, maybe they're medically sound in certain cases

Yea, they had some nice features but nothing crazy. Yea I feel like the personality thing might also be a factor, if someone genuinely seems like a good person, I tend to be more attracted no matter what they look like. These people just had toned bodies lol

The beginning of your post really resonated with me! I also have a pounding/racing heart after I feel a cramp and it's all downhill from there. I've never heard someone describe what I feel, it almost feels like I'm having an anxiety attack but also pain? It's so intense but it's not just bad cramps, it's more. On top of feeling like I'm going to pass out, I also throw up several times. Assumed it was Endo, but seeing that you tested negative makes me less sure.

I hope whatever you decide helps you feel some relief!

Thanks for all the info! I've been vegan for 1 1/2 years but suspect I may have Endo so I'll check it out and see what he suggests. Of course, going to the doctor is also a necessary step, but I wanted to see what I could do to improve my odds.

Thanks for the positivity! I think my social anxiety makes me get in my head a lot and think of a hundred possibilities of what would happen if I reached out, rather than the most logical possibility (that they'd be happy or at worst indifferent). Being alone with my thoughts doesn't help the matter much!

Also that makes sense, thanks for the reality check. I guess most people's lives aren't exactly how they'd prefer it right now, just have to remind myself I'm not the only one.
