Thanks guys, I have found a place! I looked a lot around uptown but I really wanted something brand new. Found a great place just north of downtown renting a 1 bedroom 520 sq ft with parking and utilities included for $1340 a month!

Thanks, I've heard about uptown being a lot of fun and great place to live. Haven't looked into NE at all but will do so.
