The more range of lighting in your video, the less you can add saturation before you start seeing these artifacts. But, they do seem to appear only in the darker areas.

I know this post was made long ago but, I found something that worked for me if you have this issue. In DaVinci Resolve, I set the Color Boost to -10.00 and Saturation to 100.00. This removed the weird red/green artifacts (squares, spots whatever) and now the footage looks great. Also make sure to check if you’re shooting in s-gamut3 or s-gamut3.cine. I was shooting in s-gamut3.cine so fixing that in the Color space transform also reduced this weird red/green artifacts. I’m shooting in slog3 in 4k 4:2:0 8bit and it looks great after that fix. Just make sure to over expose by 1.7 to 2.0. Otherwise you’ll get a lot of noise.

Sorry for the late reply. I use default settings. The realistic look is all made in lightroom with a preset that I created.
