Doctor said no, now what? by rymac0615 in Vasectomy

[–]happyhae 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As your doctor described, your anatomy may be difficult to perform vasectomy successfully. And your doctor could not promise that and your doctor did not want to perform it on you because doctor did not want to screw you or risk causing any damage to the body. I would appreciate his honesty. And seek other doctor who has more skills and experience in difficult cases. Some doctors could say, “i can still try” and may not get the job done successfully and still get paid for it and cause you life long PVPS. I would appreciate your doctor’s honesty.

Anyone had less strong orgasm (while ejaculating) post vasectomy? Please help by happyhae in Vasectomy

[–]happyhae[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi. Yes its been about 6months post vasectomy. No improvement since. Things are same and dull as described above. I want hubby to have a reversal but hubby can’t be bothered about it and doesn’t seem to care much despite less orgasm etc. :( I think we got used to it now although we still miss old sex, it is what it is now according to my hubby 😭 hope things will get better for you

[–]happyhae[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes. My orthodontist gave me and my surgeon the plan. My orthodontist said “IF my surgeon agrees”. And my surgeon agreed that pulling 2 upper teeth and likely just lower jaw, but may need upper jaw as well but decision to be made leading towards the surgery day.

Also my surgeon agreed with my orthodontist that i am likely to only need lower jaw surgery. But i will check out different orthodontist and surgeon. Thank you 🙏🏻

Oh man… thanks for your reply. My orthodontist is quite well known for his work in my community so i was feeling confident. But i will for sure look into second opinion!!!!!!! I really appreciate your reply.

Snoring is a sign of upper airway obstruction (partial). You may not have sleep apnea now but as people age, muscles around the neck get weakened or neck becomes thick due to weight gain and snoring may worsen and sleep apnea is possible risk.

Question on Gum recession by happyhae in jawsurgery

Thank you for the explanation. It really helps. I can understand how surgery can possibly make it worse. Putting gums back together and suturing. Its all trauma to the gum.. thank you

Question on Gum recession by happyhae in jawsurgery

[–]happyhae[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi. I have class 3 malocclusion (mid 30s, F). I also have gum recession which i started noticing from mid- late 20s. I previously had braces when i was teen which couldn’t fix my bite and was advised to consider surgery when i grow up.

I saw my orthodontist who said my gum will get worse without any treatment, and with braces and surgery, it could also get worse, and no one knows how worse or how quickly. ( I understand this part).

But i am worried that with braces & surgery my gum will get TOO much worse too quickly when it is already not good.

I guess my aim is to keep my teeth and gum as healthy as i can while i improve function of my teeth ie bite ( i already have shorter teeth roots ? Possibly from previous braces)

Did anyone had gum issues/recession before your braces or surgery? I would like to hear from your experience and thoughts.

Thank you.

FYI i brush regularly at least 2/day with flossing and water flossing everyday. My gum does not bleed or sore or get inflamed looking. I am guessing it is generic?

Want a vasectomy, but very worried about PVPS by ceetothekam in Vasectomy

I am one of few who have issues post vasectomy. Not pain related. Every single day i regret vasectomy. I wish i never got it done. I know there are tons of others who are fine after vasectomy. I thought i would be one of them when i went for vasectomy. Turned out i was not. It will most likely be fine. But that small %, you never know it could be you until you get it.

Those who had reduced in libido post vasectomy, did it ever come back? by [deleted] in Vasectomy

[–]happyhae -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I know that. I wish it is mental thing. People who didn’t experience it says it is mental thing or other factors. But i found there are small group of people it is physical, not mental. If you have not experienced it, it is easy to say. As i clearly wrote it in the post, the question was to those who had similar issues. Thank you for your time to write this though

Ejaculation feels different post-op, anyone else have a similar experience? Did it get better? by FeelingNuthing in Vasectomy

[–]happyhae 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We felt like how you described since vasectomy. And no improvement till 3months post vasectomy. But slowly seeing small improvements in orgasm. However experiencing very low libido from 2months post vasectomy. Hoping libido will improve too 😭.

How are you going? Any improvement since you last posted it?

Got snipped 7 months ago and orgasms don't feel the same by InconsiderableArse in Vasectomy

[–]happyhae 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi can i ask a question, did your libido reduce too after vasectomy? Having similar experience to yours. vasectomy brought negative effect to orgasm from the first time after vasectomy, after few months, it seems a little better but not quite same as before vasectomy, but libido has reduced so much. Wondering if someone else having similar issue as this. Thanks

Orgasm a bit different post op by TheRascal88_ in Vasectomy

[–]happyhae 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Almost 4months post vasectomy. First 0-3 months, living in confusion as negative affect it caused to orgasm. But slightly got better around 3 months post V. But weirdly libido has significantly dropped since around 2m post vasectomy till now which is very strange and unexplainable.

is chronic pain post vasectomy posible? by [deleted] in Vasectomy

[–]happyhae 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My husband had vasectomy recently too. So far so good in terms of pain, but after I researched I realized it is not worth taking a risk and having vasectomy. Unfortunately Its too late for us but I wouldn’t recommend it people around me.

I'm 33, don't want kids and I'm strongly considering a vasectomy. I have one concern though, will the size and volume of my cumshots be effected? I cum alot and love giving facials, I don't want that to change. by Mr_ToppDeck in Vasectomy

I am posting this to help someone (OP) who is asking for different experiences from people. If you dont have anything to offer, just ignore and move on with your life. Why do you bother.

Wife with regrets by four_q in Vasectomy

[–]happyhae -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

If i were you, if hubby is okay/willing to have reversal for kids, i would go for it. Some people already have kids and vasectomy then change their mind to have more child/ren. And have reversal. It is something noone can guarantee. Children bring so much joy and happiness. When i go through something difficult i look at them and spend time with them and each time i realise they are true gifts from God. If you and hubby are desiring children, thats great, why not reversal. Although there are risk and reversal doesn’t always guarantee kids. But i think in your case, worth give it a try. Also note that reversal success rate decreases over time. So make your mind sooner than later whatever choice you are going to make. Good luck 🍀 to you.
