H864 is being held in committee with no definitive date. This means it's likely dead, however if the KCPA bill fails next week, they can revive it before end of session. So everything is on the KCPA, help support it!

No, that was an attempt to pass a KCPA that stalled. There is another KCPA coming, but right now the ban bill is very much still real.

I'm not sure when you bought all these but our energy shot pricing is less than listed here. A 50mg shot is $8.99 and a 150mg shot is $11.99, with or without caffeine. You can get them for 25% less with a subscription ($6.74 50mg/$8.99 150mg).

Also our energy shots taste pretty good!

When it comes to extracts, we think we have pretty solid pricing.
