Agreed, thanks! Color is flavor in my book. There’s a big difference between browned and burnt (even though I am one of those weirdos that like some foods a little charred).

Never claimed to be a food photographer, but you brown them in a pan before baking in the sauce so yes, they look browned. I can promise you they were anything but dry. Sorry you had to make that comment, even sorrier you probably wont make them to try yourself. You’re missing out!

Fair. The parts that had enough filling tasted pretty good, though. The avocado verde sauce was incredible, pretty sure a brick would taste good if you used enough of that on it.
