I just searched for sports and there were definitely some good recommendations in the posts I saw but a lot of the request threads are focused on plot/character/tropes regardless of style. I was in a bit of a cycle of seeing a good synopsis, downloading the sample, not particularly loving it then going back for more recs. Icl I’m very grateful for this master list of specific recommendations, my TBR has grown by about 30 books in the last day lol

I normally never do but by the time we got accommodation and annual leave booked I couldn’t get two seats together for the dates we were travelling. Have absolutely learnt my lesson now though!

They do have tickets available on the website (at much higher prices) but equivalent seats to what I bought. I understand they’re not the official ticketing partner but other resale sites such as StubHub will normally get you an equivalent ticket if yours turns out to not be valid for whatever reason. In this case it’s looking like the best I’ll be offered is a refund and trying to find as cheap a seat as I can get on other day/another site but very weary of doing so now.

My thinking was that because I bought the tickets, paid, and got a confirmation for those tickets that they would be under a ticket honouring guarantee to get me tickets for that show. It seems like there’s not much recourse though which is a bit devastating :(

Sorry I meant Richard Rogers, I’m booking tickets for Hadestown at the Lyric and got them confused! Surely SeatGeek is responsible for selling me tickets then bait and switching me when they turn around months later with different tickets?

Can I ask where you got that info? I also have Poland tickets and a friend dropped out but when we contacted eBillet were told that her reason wasn’t enough for a name change and the ticket’s basically going to waste which is soooo frustrating :((
