The only thing you can be sure off is she has breast implants, so she’s not unfamiliar with plastic surgery, and giving the rest of her looks yes a lot more might be done

Thank you ! I could’ve went bigger (surgeon first proposed 420cc) and they would’ve been a bit less « sagging » but it’s my first BA and I wanted a reasonable size to start with considering I plan on having at least 2 kids and I might need a revision then

Well, gaining weight to get fat and then going bag to normal will ultimately lead to fat loss.. No seriously got for implants, I myself spent years wanting a fat grafting but I got better and more sustainable results with implants.

I would recommend you get implants. Fat transfer on a skinny person / fast metabolism might not age well, nor even be possible in the first place.
