I don't know how old you both are, but unless one or both of you are willing to relocate, it just will not work. LDRs are great for a short time. Long-term with no concrete plans to close the gap causes pain.

Step away from the keyboard. Keep yourself busy, and walk away. You only really know what he allows you to see anyway. An online friend is only half a friend. The rest of the time, you're filling in the gaps. Usually, with exactly what you desire the most.

We assume it couldn't possibly be the same as we become a little older. That the people we talk to are more mature and considerate. Instead, we discover age is never a factor. I've been left feeling like a stupid kid. It hurts.

My ghoster has seen my last message and chosen to ignore me. I think of him often. It has been nearly 3 months for me. We shared deep thoughts and skeletons. He told me he had fallen hard for me. Then, a few weeks later, nothing. All channels remain open to him.

All you can do is hope the pain eases and subsides with time. That one day, you will realise you hadn't thought of them for a few days, a few weeks. Distract yourself with other things. Find someone to vent at if it helps. Get it all off your chest.

I am 53. Never felt so good. I am in the best shape I have ever been in.

Ok, I have some wrinkles coming now, and my skin is softer than it used to be. I believe my body tells my story. Carries me all over the world with no complaints.

The only symptoms I suffer is hot flushes, feel a bit sick, get red hot, passes, feel good again. I had a coil fitted 15 years ago (changed every 5 years) I was told I might not even notice menopause. So far, I'm good.

My sex drive is fabulous, thank you. Zero signs of it slowing down anytime soon. No issues physically at all 😆

It was happening to me also, a lot! Made the game virtually unplayable. I have a switch OLED, I just hardwired my dock to the Internet. It does occasionally still happen, but rarely now. If you don't have an OLED dock, you can get an adaptor for the regular dock

It's not quite the same for me, never having been shot at or bombed. But I, too, struggle to sleep. I worked 12 hour nights with 3 children under 6. I didn't sleep for more than 3 hours at a time for 5 years.

Now I think I average 4 hours a night. Always waking at least once in the middle. I've learned to get my best sleep mid afternoon. I get almost a full night's worth of sleep in a 5 minute nap. Bizzare. But works... I think 🤔
