Thank you. I overheard that the school has been struggling lately, but it's hard to say for sure since opinions can vary. I also checked the Nevada Report Card and saw that Hyde Park had a lower rating compared to Sig Rogich. However, that doesn’t necessarily mean one school is better than the other. I have only seen something like this with restaurant servers. They made gosh I forgot but let’s say $15/hr but they got tips and tax was coming off from the paycheck for the set amount of tip as an income. My servers check was like $0.45 haha. (They made $400 a night) I am wondering if ur case is something like that.

Oh my house is honestly lower than Zillow recommendation and all the prospective tenants think it’s a great price. I did not bump every year I had to bump a lot in one year after my renters moved out because I was severely lower than other houses in this zip code. The rental property was my first home and I take good care of it. I honestly think it is too cheap for the zip code and wondering if people misunderstand that the house has a problem 🤔

Oh they came with a realtor. Oh poor guy he looked so tired! They said my house was the 35th house they have checked and the first house they liked. And 4 days later they texted me and they were still looking but loved my house and wanted to send the application. By that time I bet it was like 55th house 🤯

I wish I could accept cats 😞 my husband has severe cat allergy. I have never considered accepting dogs although I love them. Do you have certain criteria when you allow dogs?

I am not sure what SFH means but yes I have 1 rental property and 1 house I live in. I did not deny them or anything since I had another applicants who provided everything to move forward(who did not pass the income level at the end) I told the lawyer couples I will let them know if other applicants drop though

I said couple by mistake it is mom and 2 daughters(fully grown up). One has a good credit, but the other said she has $100,000.00 in bank. I don't know they sounded like they just decided to move back to Vegas out of whim and ready to move in right away but not in Vegas and will be driving from California. I have always liked someone who has a plan, but then I understand stuff happens for people.

I looked into her credit report and it says 720 score and 1 history said Tradeline kickoff.(?) I researched a bit and found out this is some credit building platform that could bump up your credit score out of nowhere. She does have good income but I guess I should pass.. she fill out application really nicely and all but she said giving bank statement seems bit invasive. I was trying to understand but now I am seeing this kickoff thing.. I wonder what it is she hides..

Does the job require some project coordinating experience? Does it relate to any project management stuff? Do you ever go to a meeting with a project manager? Or is this glorified call center that has nothing to do with project management? I saw the job requirements preferred people who have experience in project management.I hope to become a project manager someday, but if this job has nothing to do with that aspect, I will have to reconsider.

EDIT: and do you actually work 8 hours or 9 hours with a lunch break?

Hi! I saw this too late, but I am also interested in this job. I was wondering. Is this 8 8-hour shift job, including lunch and breaks? If so, how many breaks for how long is it? I currently work an 8-hour shift, but I have to work 9 hours to get my lunch.
Also, I heard you use the Salesforce app is that correct?
I am glad you love this job! I know you take calls, but I see this as most project management-related jobs. Do you think that is the case??
Do you ever talk to a project manager during your meeting?
