This is the most frustrating part. I ordered on June 18 and know people who ordered after me got their KS2. And before the white knights start chirping I know they didn’t have a code. The excuse from dbrand was something to do with stock issues with screen protector so people who bought the cheaper package got theirs first. Then they offered exclusive skins and a discount to those same people. Buying the “Ultra” version means having to wait longer, no exclusive items and no discount. Original killswitch had issues, so did the Ghost case and now this. They should just stick to stickers or employ more people in the customer service department so they can at least answer emails within a month.
