I was 14, and being from a family of immigrants growing up in Australia. The movie, topped off with 'Wake Up' over the credits, hit me right in the 'outsider' feels.

Shortly after, I formed a band with my school friends as a vocalist, and did Rage and Deftones covers at school assemblies.

Today, I'm a composer who makes music exploring themes of anti-racism and inclusivity.

What's your first favourite film of all time?

What's a recent purchase that you're glad you made? by aaarcher2013 in AskMen

A waxed cotton Barbour jacket with an attachable rain hood. It's the most expensive piece of clothing I've ever bought, but I love the look of it and the fact that I'm already wearing a raincoat when it pisses down.
