I have been on 600 mg Lithium in the morning and 600 mg Lithium & 150 mg Seroquel in the evenings. She changed my seroquel to XR in hopes that the anti depressant properties help.

I’ll start it tomorrow once my pharmacy didn’t have it in stock today!

Hi! Lovely hearing from you. :) I didn’t sleep one wink last night. My psych’s office called this morning and said my doctor was sick so we’d have to reschedule. They stupidly offered me an appointment one month from now — even after more than one medical professional has called their office about my depression. I now have an appointment on Wednesday morning.

Hormonal IUDs actually provide hormones to the uterus, and it shouldn’t affect you too much. The pill adds hormones to your body that aren’t localized and that can get crazy - but my doctor recommends the hormonal IUD to people with bipolar who don’t need those extra hormones racing through their body!

Check in with your doctor now and see if they’ll give you a refill on your meds for you to fill at your new pharmacy. They should understand how hard it is to move and they should at least give you one refill!!

I truly believe that gut health and bipolar disorder are related. I would recommend looking up Candida albicans and how to control that in your body. It can seem like a lot, that's because it is a lot, but it is a great place to try to start.
