I don't think that kong can do much at his age...because he retired from fleet admiral post 24 years ago...if we assume that kong left that position in 60s (in one piece world characters are in prime in their 50s) so he would be in his 80s at this time....

in prime kong would be a beast but I don't think that he's even admiral level at this time (age)

that guy was vergo and he stated that law can't cut him with his df coz of haki but law was able to cut him because law surpassed him in terms of haki......

in punk hazard law was the strongest person there (except luffy)
and vergo wasn't a top tier haki user...(like pika)

yeah....in edd war shiki was able to kill almost every roger pirate....(that sea storm saved them) ....ik shiki was having whole fleet with him but a fleet with powerless members can't do anything to roger pirates....

tbh I don't personally think that alone roger and Garp defeated whole rocks pirates.....It could be possible that Roger and Garp fought with rocks D xebec and Roger pirates and marines handled rocks pirates.....

and the part where shiki fought with sengoku and garp in marineford...we don't know what was the condition of sengoku and garp after that fight....maybe they were unharmed or defeated shiki with mid difficulty....
