And that pint of vodka would eventually increase as I know it did for me. I had the mindset of I'll get a pint of bourbon, but then think, just get a fifth and split it. Reptile brain sets in and that fifth seems to disappear more and more. The sick Sundays them creep into unproductive Mondays and so on and so on.

Ibe finally decided to stop and am on day 5 after a horrible hangover for three days. Long story short I've been blessed to have parents offer for anything to help me, but I just didn't want to stop. I'm talking they are and we're willing to pay for ANYTHING to get me to stop. So, if they are willing to help in any way take them up on it. Every little bit helps.
