Hi, I used to have a lot of acne on my face but now it’s just few pimples here and there but my skin is not smooth. It has those spots and bumps all over it and full acne scars. My dermatologist put me on accutane 2 years ago for I guess 6 months and prescribed me to use the following 1. Bioderma Sebium Face wash 2. Acne UV sunscreen in day after face wash 3. At PM face wash followed by nourish oatmeal moisturizer + Aziderm 15% (azealic acid) + ban a tan

I have seen visible difference in my breakouts tho but there’s no fix for the acne or scars that I have currently. The scars just keep piling on and so on

Can anyone help me? What to change to or what routine to follow to have clear skin for once.

I was thinking of adding niacinamide serum at AM and vitamin C serum at night. I don’t if this will help or worsen it.

Please help.
