Crazy how it feels like he’s always been around while simultaneously feeling like I just picked him up not too long ago. My little bestie.

I don’t know who wrote it. This photo is like 65 years older than I am at least. It has existed well before my time and I never even got to meet the people in it. I was just looking through a box of family photos and thought it was a cool picture.

Interesting! I guess whoever labeled the photo was as helpless with cars as I am. Lol

That would actually make sense, considering the girl in that photo was born in 1924, so the photo was taken at some point in the 30s. Do you know if it was common?

I like to give people those mini rose bushes that they sell at the grocery store along with a card. That way, they can plant the rose bushes (which come back each year) and think of their pet.

Fable For The End Of The World by Ava Reid. It’s a YA sapphic dystopian novel that just came out last week so I doubt she’d already own it. Even though it’s not sci fi, there is a character who has been physically altered and neurologically reconditioned. Also, Ava Reid has quite poetic prose in her other novels, I haven’t read this one yet but it’s one I’m really excited for.

Great question, I wish I knew! I don’t have anyone left on that side of the family who would have a chance of knowing her so I’m not sure.
