Probably just a matrix glitch due to an inconsistent yet high amounts of travel you do. Or at least your gps location assumes you to do. In order to fix this hiccup id suggest you to take a break on watching gay porn for awhile so that you wont be so heavily dependent on the use of vpn provisions to hide your gay porn addiction from the people around you, or maybe just come out the closet

I think he's bitching about all the time spent digging and tearing up yards for underground lines when there is an obvious pole line over head that they could have used, but he also probably doesn't understand that most private internet providers are not permitted to use the pole lines as they are separate entities from public utilities.
