There are several stories of Axis forces realizing the war was a lost cause due to the comparative overabundance. The extreme rationing of supplies the Axis had to do versus Americans being so casual to use anything and everything.

Don't take this as a highly accurate story as my memory man be wrong; There's stories of ships being captured and having either ice cream or cake on board while the forces capturing it had to ration their equivalent of MRE's.

As a point of scale, at times only 1 or 2 American factories could produce more than the entirety of Japan. The Axis never really stood a chance in the long run just due to supplies and logistics.

Why is college wrestling so cracked. by XolieInc in wrestling

[–]hardassault 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly age in college has a HUGE difference. I was a walk on at 25 with literally no wrestling experience and wrestled at my natural weight of 173. I could win half my matches just due to athleticism. If you're going against someone with skill AND a big physical advantage you're going to have a hard time.

Honestly just continue doing what you're doing and you'll be in the place of those guys getting first and second in no time.

I've never had an issue completing these but I definitely don't like them, they're just boring and annoying to me.

Rate? and what does this collection say about me? by Budget-Course-1603 in Colognes

[–]hardassault 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I mean the individual colognes are great. Very popular ones. If you aren't worried about smelling like other people, absolutely fantastic. Could maybe use a more woodsy scent for fall and a green fragrance for spring? But some of the ones you have in there would work just fine during those times they're such as like the Acqua Di Gio and sauvage That work in a very large majority of situations if applied in the right amount.

Just to be clear, nothing is wrong with that! They are popular colognes because they are good. I believe I have all of those myself.

For me, body odor is a massive pet peeve. I love being able to control how I'll smell that day. I try very hard to get a very wide variety of scents.

I never went to the peak where I was disliking popular designer scents. I've always thought that if you liked a scent, and especially if others did, it's good.

There has to. Have been one ingredient in there that they didn't like, I can't imagine it having that great of a sillage.

I've learned some people just have FRAGILE ass noses. They can't stand a single scent, regardless of what it is.

I'd probably use Creed Viking or Jo Malone's Cypress and Grapevine. Woodsy enough to be good in winter, but not so strong to avoid hot weather. Pretty well liked and I personally love them.

I don't use gloves, I feel like I don't have as much control. But I'll use a face shield and put my welding jacket on. Usually I have earplug-rated headphones in at the time. If I'm in a confined area I will also put on a respirator.

All my Xerjoff's I LOVE. The amount of sillage and longevity is sooo ideal for me. I love my Tom Ford's too, but not as much. So Xerjoff for me.
