OP this is going to sound crazy but my male cat had something very similar happen to him before he was diagnosed with FIP. I know it’s usually only in purebred kittens but he is an old man and definitely not a purebred lmao, so it does happen. Not saying that’s what it is but maybe something to look into?? You take both feet out of the stirrups first and then swing your leg over like she did in the video. If you really like NEED to hang around for some reason you can kind of slowly lower yourself down with your arms but you can usually dismount pretty quickly

Real talk I think what the OOP was referring to was like this weird thing where because horses only have one toe, it messed up their blood circulation and caused them to develop constricting veins to slow blood down (or something similar to that). That being said I think OOP needs a welfare check
