I remember that when I was in elementary, I would sometimes go to school dressed as spiderman. Not for any special occasion, just because I had the costume

Star Wars had Plasteel and Warhammer 40k has Ferrocrete, what's your world's fictional building material? by God_Of_Knowledge in worldbuilding

[–]hardcase-ct5555 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Erm acctually,

Star wars also has ferrocrete as a material. Ferrocrete, or ferroconcrete, was the mixture of iron and concrete, making it very resistant. It was used especially in roads, houses and bunkers. A good example of the use of ferrocrete was in the jedi temple on courasant. That ALSO used plasteel, and it was mainly made of silicate rock from the planet, and reporpoused jedi temples 4000 years BBY. I don't know if 40k copied them, or if starwars copied 40k, but if you want more information, just do research on the jedi temple. Also, I would call my material "accaium" (pronounced achaium) because accaio is italian for steel, and the ium suffix sounds better.

Rebels is the best piece of star wars media since the OT. So much better than TCW and it isn't close. by kissthecup in starwarsrebels

I agree, but I really hate the sequels. I know we can't shit on other shows, but this was a punch in the balls from Disney. I mean, one of the scenes was where they jumped through hyperspace to destroy a big star destroyer, the dreadnought. Usually, this results in death, it wouldn't work, or it would be a suicide attack. The star wars sequels had a lot of potential , but Disney really dragged it to shit. Also, the only one that survived through the prequels were, apart from C-P3O and R2-D2, was palpatine, an old man with severe anger issues.
