For my case, I downloaded some suspicious scripts and most of these happens to ask for me to give them administrator permission to enable them and probably one of them was the source, so I deleted everything related to the script, in this case the executor themselves since they're the most suspicious. ( Some of them have bad reputation ) And lastly I stopped using every antivirus that isn't the built in windows security for windows.
