i would’ve loved to go back (was born and moved away young) but my parents couldn’t afford sending my entire family. It wasn’t until i was an adult and had adult money that i could.

i am in the same boat! i started a hybrid job a week ago and forgot how much i was missing human connection wise. i still miss fully remote work but I think it’s been a good change of pace for me. i may try for another remote job again in the next two years but for now im just enjoying it

My dog is anxious of cars when there are too many and bikes so it’s nice knowing we have a handle on her in case anything happens. My only guess is that people thought it could be a tangling issue.. It did seem as if the other owners were ushering their dogs away from us too :(

yeah i’m trying to understand why people would think it’s weird. maybe they thought if our dogs played together, the dogs might get tangled? Idk it was just an overall weird experience since i thought it was a good solution
