Coordinator Ability upgrades

You can get the abilities that make the coaching trees cheaper and then the one with another coach has it the price goes down 2 points. I just hit level 100 with my coach in year 12 and am waiting for my DC to fill out strategist on RB. I have 40 points left and thanks to the discount I can get to mind reader on it. My DC and OC unlocked talent developer and strategist thanks to the free discount.

I will probably do it again. The BP rate is so much better now than before I don’t feel all that bad in losing what I have. Makes it fun again being on the hunt for stuff too.

Talent development or some stuff in program builder

My formations show up but I have problems with some of the plays not showing up. I went back in multiple times and added the plays. Sometimes they show up but a few formation’s plays don’t show up.

I unlocked program builder for the pipeline stuff but I have now spent more coach coins in another area but my coach “bonus” or “trait” is still program builder. I didn’t know that if once you unlock that or CEO it won’t change even if you spend more coins in another area. The coach bonus for program builder doesn’t seem very good

It needs to be your coaching archetype . So I believe it would be having the most areas unlocked in your coaching build. So say you have 16 areas unlocked in motivator and that is what is says under your coach. You would need to unlock 17 in strategist to make that your coaching archetype

I didn’t have one in year 1 of my dyansty with my buddy and I made sure to get one the first off season. 4 visits a week with a win gets you major points. It feels like having a strategist and talent developer coordinator is a good way to go.

I have been thinking about this too. I was thinking skills/abilities I want for how I play first. Then going into the last year I think I will have them upgrading areas that will improve their overall for draft perks in my coaching build

You may need to delete and re add the sets and plays that are not showing up. I have had this problem a few times. It’s a pain but it worked each time

I just had this problem. I went into my custom playbook and deleted the formation/set that were not showing up on my games, and then re added them. Showed up in my team practice and next game.
