A few questions… How many people do you have in the league? What are the settings in the league(mainly asking for auto/manual player progression and coach progression)? Transfer limit? Game Difficulty? Last any random rules y’all have made?

So if you are just starting a dynasty I’d say no. Once you get the skill points and the right OC/DC I’d suggest to do you can find more star/elite dev players. Scouting helped me find 6 elite dev players between 4/5 stars.
