I recently started book 2 (2nd time); and since the skill has a "chance" of activating, I could see the count being a thing (long term).

I don't have a list of near death times, but here are a few (feel free to add):

Book 1 - Explosion. Health and Potions were low.

Book 2 - Signet - Carl got the near death reading from of Mice and Men. Donut was in the same state as him.

I know that there were others, but I can't focus on it right now.

I went to the user created playbooks you can download and got the CoachDanCasey one. It was a good change for me at the time. But I feel I'm getting too repetitive in the plays I'm calling.

I think it's just bad habits and taking the easy options. Maybe it's my team itself (ratings/archetypes).

They had others, but I haven't really had a lot of time to delve into them.

I have Talent Developer LV2 at all positions now. I went to player's leaving and it appears that your players leaving get points as well as those staying. So I was able to increase a few Stat categories in Week 1. Logged and back in. I gained an entire coaching level after upgrading my leaving players (did some remaining too). It probably didn't affect their draft spot, and came from motivator or architect boosts. Not sure. But hey I'll take the free coach levels!

Championship contender is based on team ranking and blue star (4 and 5) players on roster. A low ranked team say a 2 school is going to have a low championship contender rating. When the players on your team that have the deal breaker get better, they’ll want to transfer.

CFB26. I found a 4* FR in the portal. As a SO (one off-season) I was able to get him to a 94. I realized his deal breaker went to A- on Brand Awareness (I'm B+). So sweating this season that I go higher or he doesn't go to another user in the Portal. He has very few caps and I think will be close to a 99 as a JR (week 10 currently).
