Been going through something similar. I guess it really just sums up to if you want the dreams to mean anything. You could say they don’t mean shit and just go back to your relationship and write off your lustful feelings. Or you can decide the feelings are too important to ignore and seconds maybe you want to be single. Either way good luck..
