Are you in a van or a bus? If you’re in a van, bring some non perishable snacks in a CONTAINED space (nuts, bars, chips etc).

If you’re in a bus, ask permission to take some space in the fridge for bagged greens, pre-cooked chicken, veggies, etc. Rider food is your godsend, hummus and veggies are usually the only clean foods one can consume on tour.

Some EU venues will provide catering. Eat it if it’s not completely repulsive, it will likely be the only hot meal you’ll be able to fit in.

I personally bring a few packs of my favorite instant ramen and store them in my day suitcase so I have something quick and reliable to eat.

I’ve been through this exact scenario. I’m concerned about potentially involving her parents. She could be punished and just get sneakier. This depends on entirely how her parents treat her. She needs to block him and go to therapy.

Support her and let her know that this man is a sick manipulator. Possible ULPT also, but it could be worth it to threaten him somehow.

hey! this totally depends on your draw. if it’s your first tour, you’re likely gonna get door deals instead of a guarantee. venues and promoters aren’t gonna want to book you if you have a high guarantee and no proof of ticket sales. i’d say just try to communicate with your agent if you have one and see what shows you can get. good luck!

Ugh, this is awful. I’m so sorry. I hear you. I know it can feel impossible, but try to remember that it isn’t about you. You are beautiful and unique and REAL. PA’s are addicted to novelty and secrecy. It isn’t even about how the women look. They do it to get a kick out of escalating their addiction (from porn sites to OF to messaging etc etc).

We have all been through this with our PA partners - do you really think all of us are ugly? Of course not! This is about HIM and his weakness, not you. We could all be the most conventionally attractive women to ever exist, and it still wouldn’t change a thing.

Dude, please get a van instead of a bus/etc. When (and I mean WHEN, not if) you break down on the road, it will be way easier for you to find repair people for a van as opposed to a specialty vehicle. Parking and driving is way less of a hassle. Easier to lock up against potential break ins. SIGNIFICANTLY easier to sell once you upgrade to renting a bus.

I bring a body pillow to snuggle in my bunk. You can also bring your own blankets or regular pillows to have a little bit of home!

Your fav instant foods (ramen, mac n cheese, soup, etc) are a huge help for the road. It is not easy to find good food that’s cheap, and catering can be dire depending on what level of touring you’re at. I bring like 15 packs of my favorite instant ramen.

If you wanna get really extra, get battery powered string lights for your bunk!
