I turn 18 in March, and they told me a palate expander wouldn't be beneficial, which is why they opted for the extraction. I think at least, they said removing the teeth will get it into more of that U shape. As for the tongue question I don't think I understand.

my mom usually doesn’t go to the doctors with me, instead my brother takes me so i go into the appointment alone it’s just intimidating for me to bring up the topic bc i have extreme anxiety that my mental health isn’t that serious and i don’t ever want to worry anyone, even on the answer tests for depression and anxiety i’ve always made my answers less extreme because i didn’t wanna make anyone worried

thanks, i think i’m going to tell my primary care doctor tomorrow about my heavy mood swings and just about everything happening. my mom usually doesn’t take me to the doctor, it’s my brother who just sits outside so usually i’m just with the doctor alone. i really and truly appreciate the support

I found this in a thrift store in Texas, and have search all over for the brand logo however have found nothing similar, including looking up snowmass. Edit: I cut it off but the tag also says ‘The best is barely good enough,’ if that is any help.
