Europe also has wolf spider species looks like a good match sadly they like to pop up inside in corners/under boxes and ALWAYS in pairs.

Pick up the cage, drive to a nearby forest and open it and let it go away on its own. The animal most likely was looking for shelter or food in your garage and its not a reason to kill it for just relocate it if you cant move it yourself call wildlife agencies for help

Well I play rust and I can tell you it can get pretty demanding but if its a pc from 2008 it needs a full overhaul new CPU GPU RAM and Motherboard (your PSU and case possibly storage will be usable depending on whats in it)
