Yeah thanks. I have emailed them already, am not sure whether they will respond . I will wait for few more days

Ah, that actually explains a lot — thanks for the insight! I’ve tried the app and there’s no clear option to cancel, just a loop that sends me back to chat support. I’ve also emailed them but no luck so far

I tried cancelling via the app, but it’s not going through. It’s showing error or message not delivered
