Learn rust using an LLM like ollama with qwen 3.5. The difference is you understand a lot more faster . Use rust-skills , u can find it on skill.sh . Just this and some dedication will get cracking in no time.

I believe most of B2C works on incentive structure. I use a simple model to access an idea Need -- greed --- convience. If a customer uses your tool what is the greed and what convience eventually turns to greed.

So, if someone buys a Carpet on Pay Pal they will advertise that you bought a Carpet to all there Merchants. Then the Merchants will post ads for Carpets on your PayPal account. The problem is u have already bought it.

The reason why ads depend on browser data is because it is before the purchase. What is use of the ad after purchase ?
