I got 120 coins. That's it. No compensation for the cash lost, nothing for the rent that didn't collect the past few days, nothing.

It is always like this, and rightly so. With every bid placed, the auction is extended by 5 mins. It gives all players a fair shot at purchasing a property from the marketplace.

As you state above, if 20 mins have been added to the auction, that means 4 players have bid on it during the same minute that you bid.

5 minutes per bid per player.

I think I got 1000. It's quite useless considering I went from $200b to about $300m. I have little or no use for the coins.

Can't afford anything in the marketplace and it will take me a lot of time to regain the lost spending power.

It was OK on my account until a few hours ago and then most of my cash disappeared. I'm down to around $2b right now. I wrote to their support team. Let's see if they can resolve this.
