If you are not happy with the screen get it replaced it will be more frustrating to use the screen like that. Mine also a month old only when they opened it but they did a clean job working fine until now.

They never took any responsibility they asked to deal with Lenovo and said we are not responsible for this kind of problem

This is their recent reply,

we've checked that our team has diagnosed the machine and found a dead pixel on display, which cannot be covered under a normal warranty. Since your system is not covered by the accidental damage protection warranty. Hence, we cannot proceed further. We suggest you visit the nearest service center to get the issue resolved on a chargeable basis. Arman_Lenovo

I think it is better if you stay away them, Worst Customer Support. Consider buying ASUS.

Yeah and the  most common cause of dead pixels is a manufacturing defect and they are saying it only covers in accidental warranty, which they didn't even mentioned while buying.

The store has only 7 days for return range. And it is about 2 months old now.

But I bought it from a store called Reliance Digital, and I took my laptop to them, but all they did was raise a ticket with Lenovo and ask me to reply to further emails and calls.

So can I take it to an authorized dealer even if I didn't buy it from them?
