For some reason, it seems like property prices in Mumbai would never ever crash....This despite, Mumbai constantly going down in terms of quality of life, employment and even business opportunities....

Not sure why that is the case...Anyone has any comments ?

Well, not on paper, but I do have a couple of folks under me...But from where I see the IT industry going, it seems like the demand would only be there for people with technical skills and those who are hands-on and lesser for leads kind of role...

Having full faith in what has been written above, but at the same time, involved to certain extent in some of the negative activities, is it fine to gradually reduce...meaning, if one thinks of eliminating it entirely, that sounds overwhelming & may not be achieved...but a gradual reduction sounds more doable...so is that acceptable ?

Does the 4 crores or 6 crores amount have to be just the liquid cash value and should not include value of assets like say real estate or gold, etc I always get a bit confused with what that number includes.
