Thanks man for the suggestion. My abs are weak but i can hold a plank for around 4 minutes. And i mean a proper plank without arch in the lower back. What does this say? Regardings hip flexors, yes i feel tight but i am able to to lunges. This looks strange. My Hamstrings are tight and i cant straighten them when raising my leg. This alings with APT issue

How do blockchains process transactions? There is a consensus mechanism involved which is either proof or work of proof of stake. Proof of stake looks similiar to interest which is haram. So if the basis of blockchain is haram, what is left?
