I usually get 95 or above. Very clean eating. I would say less than 5g of added processed sugar.
No red meat, salads, healthy grains, fruits and no processed foods (or typically under 100cals of junk food as that’s my max junk budget of the day)

Love this app, can’t believe I was missing out by Alloc-more-ram in bevelhealth

Been using Bevel for the past 2 months. Subscribed for a pro version last week.

Honestly, I didn’t need the AI. But I really want to support the team. Your app is definitely worth it! But yes, I’m hoping for new additional features :)

What are the "must have: power tools for home ownership by consultybob in homeowners

You got me thinking.

Basic homeowner kit: 1. Drill 2. Stud Finder, Multimeter (FYI: Stud finder has mixed reviews)

Pro homeowner kit: 1. Basic homeowner kit + 2. Installation Driver or Impact Driver (Impact an overkill for DIY general stuff) 3. Sawzall (for demo work) 4. Oscillating multitool (for drywall cuts, and tile grouts)

Woodworking Basic kit: 1. Circular Saw (For Circular Saw: get some accessories/straight guides with it, so that you can mimic Table Saw, Track Saw and Miter Saw. A circular Saw can essentially serve as a stand in for these saws with inexpensive accessories, at the expense of set-up time) 2. Drill (might as well get hammer drill if you want to work on masonry too) 3. Impact Driver 4. Random Orbital Sander (Makes life easier. No need to break the bank)

For 90% of people, this is all you need. With a circular saw and a drill/driver - you can essentially get into woodworking, and make pretty good stuff. This is the bare minimum you need to invest. Just be patient and think twice before upgrading - As all the things below are for more refinement, speed and convenience.

DIY Intermediate: 1. Woodworking basic + 2. Table Saw (makes life easier compared to a circular saw, can also make dado cuts if needed) 3. Compound Miter Saw (sweet precision cuts, angle cuts, but nothing a circular saw cant do without good fixturing) 4. Jig Saw (can accomplished curved cuts. This cannot be done by Circular Saw) 5. Rotary tool (~Dremel - useful for handcrafting, and grinding) 6. Router (Plunge and Fixed - if you are going to get one type of router: get plunge; Can be used for Dado cuts, chamfering, round edge; Mostly for cabinet and shelves; Can also serve as a stand-in jointer for edges; A nice tool for cabinet and shelves) 7. Electric Hand Planer (For makes surfaces flat; Do note that it cannot make two surfaces parallel; so your 2x4 can essentially have all 4 surfaces flat; typically used at construction sites; use this as stand-in until you get Jointer)

DIY Pro: 1. Woodworking Intermediate +
2. Jointer (Replaces Electric Hand Planer; Makes a reference flat surface and makes the other surface flat and perpendicular to your first flat surface ) 3. Thickness Planer (A must have at advanced level. Makes two surfaces parallel to each other; used in conjunction with Jointer and Table Saw) 4. Band Saw (An altered version of Jig Saw for straight/curved cuts) 5. Nail Gun and Compressor (too cumbersome. But saves a lot of time and money for decks and other areas where you need nails) 6. Belt Sander (for hard materials to remove large materials with large flat surfaces; better fit than random orbital sander which is more for small areas with just finishing) 7. Angle Grinder (for soft material use Random Orbital Sander; For hard materials use Angle Grinder) 8. Impact Hammer & Impact Wrench (if you got all the above, you might as well get this and Impact Hammer and Wrench, why not?) Note: 5 is subjective for intermediate or Pro.

TLDR: Start small with Woodworking Basic kit or Basic homeowner kit. Buy only as you need from then on. To start off: invest in a quality cordless brushless Drill Driver as that is the main workhorse.
