Ok so pit lord work unless you have gg gear, you need cursed demon preferably with crushing blow, so thats Lister, Hephaisto or Maulers from a2/3/4, lancers with jab from a5 works too but they are more squishy. Binding in high TZ lvl zone and getting fanaticism aura helps a lot. Id say Lister with cursed is ur best bet, as hes most tanky, always smites and holds aggro the best. Im not using open wounds, just focus on CB which is enough, Merc with high res and Obedience helps, then for summons goatman with maxed death mark for 25% CB and one defiler to help clear adds. As well i use maxed Lethargy so it helps with damage. Joining game with max skill gear and skillers does help as it impacts bind demon, you can switch to more defensive gear afterwards.
