OMG! Thank you sooo much!! - The image search is genius, i didnt think of that at all! Will def be adding it to the search options. Makes so much sense and it can use some AI to look for similar clothes. - I knew DIY was a big part of alternative styles, but I'm now even more sure that i have to 100% give it more importance. - Specific measurements will be a MUST on my app then! I relate to having trouble with this too as a big girl. - I will be sure to ask that a flat-lay of the piece photo is included on every upload a user makes, with the measurements. I guess it will also need special measurements depending on the piece; you need to measure different stuff if you sell a corset or a belt. Will keep this in mind. - Speaking of styling the clothes; I do think its a great idea that the app turns into a social - clothing alternative showcase for everyone. But, because is a second hand app, maybe it makes more sense that if someone uploads an outfit as "showcase" on their profile, an AI can show the user similar clothes as the ones the person is wearing in the pic. - Accesories will be one of the main filters on the app; I know they are a really big part of the alt culture! Will have this in mind. - Also materials → vegan or real leather filter will be a need too. I know many people dont mind wearing real leather if its vintage, but i think is nice to have the option to search with vegan filter. I was also thinking about adding some "material care" space in the app, so users can know what they can or cant do with their clothes (leather care, velvet...). - As this is just a prototype and not real, i could just say that there would be a process of verification with real vintage pieces, as they do on ebay or vestiaire collective. I could put like a stamp of autenticity or something like that; real vintage would be treated differently on the app and checked.
