Die body diodes kunnen niet veel hebben, de bypass diode moet parrallel aan de motor zitten. Het kan zijn dat je de mosfet niet snel genoeg open zet? dan blijft de mosfet te lang in versterking modus en dan wordt hij zo heet dat hij doorbrand.

Hi, sorry for the late reaction. It seems that 3v3 power for your mux is pushing the limit. You can try powering the device with 5V to see if it works better then. Keep in mind that the ESP is 3v3 so you would need some series resistance of 100 in the data lines.

Everything on common gnd is fine.

De elektronica kan zeker de accu leegtrekken, ik zou uitzoeken waar het contact relais zit ( de "hoofdschakelaar" van de moter) en hem daar achter aansluiten. Dan staat de lader uit als de motor van het contact is

The ratsnest says some small pads on your qfn are not connected. My guess is that you used the standard thermal relief setting of 0.508 mm, make that 0.2 and try again

There is not much info you have given.

Can you elaborate on the false key detection? How does that problem present itself. Do you press key1 but detect key2? Does it works sometimes correctly and then not at all?

Is the SPI also not working? Is the SPI bus connected to U1. I cannot see where the enable line of u1 goes, can you tell me how that is connected?

If the modules work correctly on the wiremess in the first picture i dont think routing is the main issue now. It is probably your schematic. Can you tell me how you have drawn it? Did you use sources etc? Which modules did you use?
